Only He Who Does the Will of My Father

FOR WE ARE GOD’S WORKMANSHIP, CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS TO DO GOOD WORKS, WHICH GOD PREPARED IN ADVANCE FOR US TO DO
(Ephesians 2:10).

For a long time in my life, I expected God to come into MY PURPOSE, but, God made it clear that He wanted me to come into HIS PURPOSE. He already had a master plan mapped out for Himself, for eternity—a marked-out course that had been planned and prepared before the world began. He had certain projects planned, certain assignments lined up, certain accomplishments mapped out. After I accepted this, He showed me MY part of HIS PURPOSE that stood firm throughout all generations.

WHO HATH SAVED US, AND CALLED US WITH AN HOLY CALLING, NOT ACCORDING TO OUR WORKS, BUT ACCORDING TO HIS OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE, WHICH WAS GIVEN US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN
(2 Timothy 1:9).

Precious One, I have a set of good works chosen just for you. And this specific set of good works is connected to My Will—the Will of your Perfect Father. Dedicate your life to Me, completely, and I will work My Purpose in your life, daily, moment-by-moment, in every situation. Relate everything you are and do, to Me, in faith, and I will work My Will in your life.

NOT EVERYONE WHO SAYS TO ME, ‘LORD, LORD,’ WILL ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, BUT ONLY HE WHO DOES THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN.  MANY WILL SAY TO ME ON THAT DAY, ‘LORD, LORD, DID WE NOT PROPHESY IN YOUR NAME, AND IN YOUR NAME DRIVE OUT DEMONS AND PERFORM MANY MIRACLES?’  THEN I WILL TELL THEM PLAINLY, ‘I NEVER KNEW YOU. AWAY FROM ME, YOU EVILDOERS!’
(Matthew 7:21-23).

To whom or what purpose have you dedicated your life? What will it take for you to commit your life completely to God, in faith, and let Him work His Purpose in your life? What do you think will happen if you did this? I urge you to talk to God about your decision.

PRAYER: Father in Heaven, I long to do Your Will.  I desire to come into Your Purpose…only. Help me to let go of all the good works I have planned for myself and to let go of my own purpose that is set up according to the negative, destructive beliefs of the father-of-lies. Call me to complete commitment to You, Lord God. Then, the life that I now live in my human body, I will live in faith, only expecting Your Purpose to be done in my life.

Love Rejoices with the Truth

LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND. IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD.  IT IS NOT RUDE, IT IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORD OF WRONGS.  LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH.  IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUSTS, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERES, NEVER FAILS
(1 Corinthians 13:1-7).

How do you love when someone is unkind to you…when someone sets forth his own weakness…when someone’s love fails you?

When someone is unkind to you, do not delight in the evil that was done, but help that person to REJOICE WITH THE TRUTH.  You see, when someone fails you, that person’s heart is hurting, because his heart is filled with negative, destructive beliefs from the father-of-lies.  All kinds of thoughts are swimming through his mind, “I am not good enough.  I am not loved.  I have no purpose.”  He might even be upset at you, because he feels that God favors you above him.  Then, he becomes easily angered, rude, and self-seeking, as he tries to fix the negative, destructive beliefs in his heart with evil solutions.

What do YOU do when someone’s love fails you?  What do you do about the evil thoughts in your heart with which the father-of-lies tempts YOU: that YOU are not good enough…that YOU are not loved…that YOU have no purpose? Do you try to fix evil beliefs with evil solutions, too, by becoming angry, self-seeking, and rude?  Or do you rejoice with the Truth?

Has someone’s love failed you?  Know that your FACTS about the incident are probably true, but your INTERPRETATIONS about the event are most probably false.  Why? You have an enemy—the father-of-lies.  His weapon is deception: the principle of luring you into beliefs that are not true. And these negative beliefs are the reason for the pain in your heart…not the facts.

When someone’s love fails you, rejoice with the TRUTH. Lay your conclusions about the event at God’s feet, and ask Him for HIS PERSPECTIVE, instead!  You will be surprised at the results.

Remember, even if someone’s love fails you, YOU can choose to love him or her with God’s Love that never fails—Love that is kind, gentle, and patient, Love this is not self-seeking, not easily angered, and keeps no record of wrongs, Love that always protects, always hopes, and always perseveres. YOU always have a choice!

PRAYER: Lord God, fill me with Your Love that never fails, that always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres, that does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the Truth.

The father-of-lies opposes God’s Counsel by telling us the exact opposite of what God says. His deception provides the pink slippery world in our minds that do not make sense.

Put Your Trust in God’s Love

MAY YOU EXPERIENCE THE LOVE OF CHRIST, THOUGH IT IS TOO GREAT TO UNDERSTAND FULLY. THEN YOU WILL BE MADE COMPLETE WITH ALL THE FULLNESS OF LIFE AND POWER THAT COMES FROM GOD
(Ephesians 3:19).

Beloved, do not put your trust in what is happening in the present. Put your trust in My Love.  Do not put your trust in what might happen in the future.  Put your trust in My Love.  Do not put your trust in your experience of the past.  Put your trust in My Love.  My Love never ends.  My Love never fails.  My Love is perfect.

FOR I AM CONVINCED THAT NEITHER DEATH NOR LIFE, NEITHER ANGELS NOR DEMONS, NEITHER THE PRESENT NOR THE FUTURE, NOR ANY POWERS, NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH, NOR ANYTHING ELSE IN ALL CREATION WILL BE ABLE TO SEPARATE US FROM THE LOVE OF GOD THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD
(Romans 8:38-39).

Put your trust in My Love.  Do not allow rejection to convince you that I have rejected you, too.  Do not let abandonment persuade you that I have abandoned you, also.  Do not allow shame to tell you that you are not good enough for Me, either. Do not let condemnation tell you that I have condemned you, as well. Nothing in all creation will separate you from My Love: not your shame, not your rejection, not your abandonment, not even your condemnation. Bring these beliefs to Me, Child, and I will show you My Love that surpasses your knowledge.

AND I PRAY THAT YOU, BEING ROOTED AND ESTABLISHED IN LOVE, MAY HAVE POWER, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE SAINTS, TO GRASP HOW WIDE AND LONG AND HIGH AND DEEP THE LOVE OF CHRIST IS, AND TO KNOW THIS LOVE THAT SURPASSES KNOWLEDGE—THAT YOU MAY BE FILLED TO THE MEASURE OF ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD
(Ephesians 3:17-19).

Have you experienced Christ’s Love in your abandonment, your shame, your rejection, and your condemnation? Lay these before Him and let Him show you His Love that surpasses all knowledge…even yours.

PRAYER: Lord God, how encouraged I am that Your Love surpasses my knowledge.  Your Love surpasses my beliefs of rejection.  Your Love surpasses my perspective of abandonment.  Your Love surpasses my conviction of shame.  Your Love surpasses my perception of condemnation.  Your Love surpasses death.  Your Love surpasses my past, my present, and my future.

I invite Your Love into the experiences of abandonment, rejection, condemnation, and shame in my life.  Establish and root me in Your Love, so I may be made complete with all the fullness of Life and Power that comes from You.

Woe to us, the rebellious children, when we take counsel from the father-of-lies, and when we cover ourselves with coverings that are not from God. We will add sin to sin.

Your Worth Is Established by God

I had a vision. In the vision I was walking down the broad road of destruction, my hands tied behind my back. Behind me was the enemy—the father-of-lies with his negative, destructive beliefs of shame, rejection, abandonment, and condemnation. In front of me was a cliff from which he was going to push me…to my death. I prayed, “Perfect Father, save me from the broad road of destruction.” Then, I became aware of a band around my wrist. It read: “MY CHILD.” I glanced behind me at the enemy. “My God is coming for me. He will rescue me,” I whispered. Suddenly, I was snatched off the broad road of destruction to safety. But, who was that? There was someone else walking down this road with his hands tied behind his back…in my place. Then, I recognized Him—JESUS CHRIST, THE PERFECT FATHER’S ONLY SON.

HE HAD NO BEAUTY OR MAJESTY TO ATTRACT US TO HIM, NOTHING IN HIS APPEARANCE THAT WE SHOULD DESIRE HIM. HE WAS DESPISED AND REJECTED BY MEN, A MAN OF SORROWS, AND FAMILIAR WITH SUFFERING. LIKE ONE FROM WHOM MEN HIDE THEIR FACES HE WAS DESPISED, AND WE ESTEEMED HIM NOT. BUT HE WAS PIERCED FOR OUR TRANSGRESSIONS, HE WAS CRUSHED FOR OUR INIQUITIES; THE PUNISHMENT THAT BROUGHT US PEACE WAS UPON HIM, AND BY HIS WOUNDS WE ARE HEALED
(Isaiah 53:2-5).

Precious Child, did you know that I, the PERFECT FATHER, am the One who established your worth?  I am the One who settled your value.  I put the price tag on you.  On the price tag, I, the Everlasting Father, wrote…JESUS, My Son.

Jesus was pierced…for you. He was crushed…for you. I, the Father, did this…for you. That is how much you are worth…to Me.

Are you walking down the broad road of destruction? Do you want to be saved? Cry out to your Savior, Jesus Christ. He ransomed you from the father-of-lies and his oppressing beliefs of shame, rejection, abandonment, and condemnation. He came in your place…so you may be free.

PRAYER: Perfect Father, I praise You for deeming me worthy enough to send Your Son, Jesus Christ, in my place, so I may be set free from the broad road of destruction. Thank you that You came for me. Thank you that I may belong to You. Thank you, Jesus, for coming in my place.

Experience the Love of Jesus

MAY YOU EXPERIENCE THE LOVE OF CHRIST, THOUGH IT IS TOO GREAT TO UNDERSTAND FULLY. THEN YOU WILL BE MADE COMPLETE WITH ALL THE FULLNESS OF LIFE AND POWER THAT COMES FROM GOD
(Ephesians 3:19).

I live in the mountains and I love to take a walk each day on one particular dirt road that forms a complete circle.  During my walk, I always talk to God about everything and everyone in my life.  Sometimes I have specific questions for Him.  Sometimes I feel hopeless, lonely, or angry.  Sometimes I talk to God about a perturbing perception.  Sometimes I walk around the whole circle crying.  Sometimes I laugh and rejoice.  Whatever happens in my life, I share it all with God on my walks around the circle.

Do you know what?  I have noticed that the Lord Jesus has been walking with me around this circle of dirt road and giving me His Understanding, so I might know Him who is true.  There is this one particular spot in the circle where Jesus addressed my condemnation—where He clothed me with His Righteousness.  Then, there is the other spot where He addressed my shame—where he promised me that He + I = ENOUGH.  Then, there is the spot where He just embraced me with His Presence when I was going through the valley of the shadow of death.  On another spot, He addressed my rejection and crowned me with His Acceptance and Honor.  The whole circle is marked with spots where the Lord Jesus met with me.

I have EXPERIENCED the Love of Jesus on my walks, although it is too great to understand fully.  With each EXPERIENCE of His Presence, I have come to know Him better. Thus, He has been making me complete with all the fullness of Life and Power that comes from God.

WE KNOW ALSO THAT THE SON OF GOD HAS COME AND HAS GIVEN US UNDERSTANDING, SO THAT WE MAY KNOW HIM WHO IS TRUE
(1 John 5:20).

Have you experienced the Love of the Lord Jesus in your life, even though it is too great to fully understand?

If not, I encourage you to choose a special spot, somewhere, to communicate with Him, daily, about everything and everyone in your life.  Start where you are with your feelings of disappointment, loneliness, and despair.  Soon, by getting to know Him who is true, you will experience the Love of Christ in your heart, and you will be made complete.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, I desire to walk with You through this life to experience Your Love when I feel forsaken, rejected, and condemned. I yearn for Your Embrace when I go through the valley of the shadow of death, so I may know You. I long to be made complete with all the Fullness of Life and Power that comes from God.

Know that you cannot be a friend of the Light and be a friend of darkness, at the same time. Darkness and Light do not mix. They are incompatible. You are either in the dark, or in the light.

God Made You for Himself

One day, I asked God why he made me.  What was the main purpose for which He had brought me into this world?  He answered, “I made you for Myself.  I delight in you.”  Then I realized that to our Perfect Father it is all about the RELATIONSHIP.  He made us so that He could live with us, walk among us, and talk to us—TO BE OUR GOD AND FOR US TO BE HIS PEOPLE.

WHAT AGREEMENT IS THERE BETWEEN THE TEMPLE OF GOD AND IDOLS? FOR WE ARE THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD. AS GOD HAS SAID: ‘I WILL LIVE WITH THEM AND WALK AMONG THEM, AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY WILL BE MY PEOPLE’
(2 Corinthians 6:16).

This is true, Beautiful One; to Me it is all about Our relationship. I made you for Myself. In fact, I went to a lot of trouble to make this RELATIONSHIP possible. I sent My Son, Jesus, to repurchase you from the father-of-lies, to snatch you off the broad road of destruction, and to take your place, so you may belong to Me.  Jesus did not come to the world on His own accord.  He came because I sent Him…for YOU.

FOR GOD DID NOT SEND HIS SON INTO THE WORLD TO CONDEMN THE WORLD, BUT TO SAVE THE WORLD THROUGH HIM
(John 3:17).

Even the Holy Spirit did not come on His own accord, Child.  He came because I sent Him…for YOU.  He came to be IN you–to tell you the things I want you to know, so We may have a daily, moment-by-moment relationship.

BUT THE COUNSELOR, THE HOLY SPIRIT, WHOM THE FATHER WILL SEND IN MY NAME, WILL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS AND WILL REMIND YOU OF EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID TO YOU
(John 14:26).

Do you have a relationship with the Perfect Father? Have you allowed the Lord Jesus to repurchase you from the father-of-lies? Do you hear your Heavenly Father’s Words to you, daily, through the Voice of the Holy Spirit?

If not, what is keeping you from this Relationship? Is it the belief that the Perfect Father does not want you, or that He will not talk to you, or that He does not like you? I urge you to invite the Holy Spirit to tell you what the Father thinks of you, so you may come into a Relationship with Him.

PRAYER: Let me walk with You, Perfect Father.  Let me be Your child.  Be my Father.  Be my God.  Be my Life.  Delight in me.

Your Father Loves You

WHOEVER HAS MY COMMANDS AND OBEYS THEM, HE IS THE ONE WHO LOVES ME. HE WHO LOVES ME WILL BE LOVED BY MY FATHER, AND I TOO WILL LOVE HIM AND SHOW MYSELF TO HIM
(John 14:21).

Do you sometimes feel unloved and unlovable? I have discovered that when someone is rude and inconsiderate towards me, I feel unloved and unlovable. However, if I really come to think of it, it is not the person’s rudeness and inconsideration that make me feel that way, but the BELIEFS in my heart that result from the person’s rude behavior—that I am not worthy to be loved and that I am too bad to be lovable.  Usually, in times like these, I start defending myself to prove that I AM LOVED AND LOVABLE.  That usually just makes matters worse.

Beautiful One, I want you to know that these negative, destructive beliefs come from the father-of-lies and that these painful beliefs trigger sinful patterns of defense in you. Together, these beliefs and the vehement reaction they elicit from you form the sinful nature in you.

Child, I have come to set you free from the sinful nature—from the oppressing beliefs from the father-of-lies and your sinful reaction to them…but you need to turn to Me whenever you feel unloved and unlovable. I want to SHOW you that you are worthy to be loved and that you are capable of being lovable, even when someone is rude and inconsiderate toward you, but I need your participation—TO BE WILLING TO BRING YOUR OWN HEART TO ME.  This obedience means focusing on YOUR OWN HEART when someone is rude and inconsiderate towards you, instead of focusing on the person who displayed this unpleasant behavior.  Admit that you feel unloved and unlovable, turn your focus on Me, and ask Me to help you feel loved. Then, I will honor your obedience!  I will show you how much I love you!

HE WHO LOVES ME WILL BE LOVED BY MY FATHER, AND I TOO WILL LOVE HIM AND SHOW MYSELF TO HIM.

Know that it will not help to repay evil with evil, because this will not solve the pain in your own heart of feeling unloved and unlovable.  What WILL help is to love and obey God by inviting His Presence and Participation into the oppressing BELIEFS of your OWN HEART. Then, choose to love yourself and the other person with HIS LOVE.

PRAYER: Thank you, Lord Jesus, that You show Yourself to us whenever we love You enough to turn to You.  Most High, lead me into this obedience of focusing on my own heart when someone disrespects and dishonors me, to admit that I feel unloved and unlovable, and to turn to You for Truth. Keep me from running away from my own heart, and blaming my pain on my offenders.  Remind me, often, that if I turn to You, You will show Yourself to me…and I will know that I am loved and lovable, despite the circumstances.

So, yes, the deepest urge in human nature seems to be the desire to be important–to matter. But, it is not the PRINCIPLE of wanting to be important that is wrong; instead, it is the way we adapt or the means we adopt to meet this most urgent desire of our hearts.

Obedient Surrender

There came a point in my life when I yearned to experience the Perfect Father’s Presence, ALL THE TIME, the Voice of the Lord Jesus, EVERY DAY, and the input of the Holy Spirit, MOMENT-BY-MOMENT.  I asked Him how that was possible…and He answered me:

 WHOEVER HAS MY COMMANDS AND OBEYS THEM, HE IS THE ONE WHO LOVES ME. HE WHO LOVES ME WILL BE LOVED BY MY FATHER, AND I TOO WILL LOVE HIM AND SHOW MYSELF TO HIM
(John 14:21).

Beautiful Child, I yearn to reveal Myself to you, all the time, every day, every moment. I long to unveil My Love to you, demonstrate My Power to You, and expose My Righteousness to you. I wish for you to see My Hope when you feel hopeless, to experience My Peace when you feel afraid, and to receive My Spirit when you feel alone. I long to be a constant Presence in your life, but there is something that stands in your way to experience Me—YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING.

TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING; IN ALL YOUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE WILL MAKE YOUR PATHS STRAIGHT
(Proverbs 3:5).

Child, there is only one way to get your own understanding out of the way, so you could experience My Presence: moment-by-moment obedient surrender to the promptings of My Spirit to follow My Light, to accept My Truth, and to avail of My Hope. Whenever you love Me enough to surrender your own understanding to Me, even when you feel hopeless, helpless, and powerless, you will see Me, because YOUR MOMENT-BY-MOMENT OBEDIENCE RENDERS MY MOMENT-BY-MOMENT REVELATION.

SO NOW WE SERVE NOT UNDER [OBEDIENCE TO] THE OLD CODE OF WRITTEN REGULATIONS, BUT [UNDER OBEDIENCE TO THE PROMPTINGS] OF THE SPIRIT IN NEWNESS [OF LIFE]
(Romans 7:6 AMP).

How do you need to love and obey God’s Counsel today, in order to see His Power demonstrated in your life, His Hope manifested in your heart, and His Truth displayed in and around you?

PRAYER: Lord God, I yearn to experience Your Presence, all the time, and hear Your Voice, every day.  I know that this is only possible if I love and obey Your Counsel, instead of the counsel of the father-of-lies…if I follow Your moment-by-moment Guidance, instead of leaning on my own understanding…if I conform to Your Will, instead of inventing my own purpose.

Lord God, bring me to the place where I will love You with my entire spirit, soul, and body, even my thoughts.  Write obedient surrender on my heart, so I would follow Your Light, instead of darkness, and accept Your Truth, instead of the lies of the father-of-lies.

Sin is not something mysterious…something unexplainable…something that happens to you. Sin does not stand alone. It does not happen by itself. Sinful solutions have a source—the source of the OLD MAN.

The Holy Spirit Makes Alive

IF YOU THEN, THOUGH YOU ARE EVIL, KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD GIFTS TO YOUR CHILDREN, HOW MUCH MORE WILL YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN GIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!
(Luke 11:13).

Precious Child, today, I want to remind you that I have sent you a Gift—My Holy Spirit. I want you to know that My Holy Spirit can do something very supernatural. He can make things that are dead come alive. He can change your darkness into Light, your brokenness into Wholeness, and your guilt into Blamelessness.

THE [HOLY] SPIRIT MAKES ALIVE
(2 Corinthians 3:6).

What need do you have, today, that needs the supernatural touch of My Gift, the Holy Spirit?  Is it hopelessness, helplessness, or powerlessness? Is it sadness? Is it confusion? Is it bitterness?  Maybe you need love for someone you have not been able to love.  Maybe you need to forgive someone you have not been able to forgive.  Maybe you need patience for the people in your life…or for your circumstances. Understand that the father-of-lies has come to kill you, steal from you, and destroy your heart from the inside out. But My Holy Spirit has come to make you alive, no matter how bad your circumstances are, no matter how bad the damage in your heart is, and no matter how black your darkness is. Will you receive My Gift, today?

NOT THAT WE ARE SUFFICIENT OF OURSELVES TO THINK ANY THING AS OF OURSELVES; BUT OUR SUFFICIENCY IS OF GOD
(2 Corinthians 3:5).

What is there in your life that is dead—that needs the touch of the Holy Spirit, in order to come alive? Name it and then ask the Holy Spirit to work His supernatural Life in your heart and life.

PRAYER: Perfect abounding Father, I thank You for Your Gift, the Holy Spirit, who came to make alive in me what is dead. Thank you that You did not abandon me here on earth to deal with life and death on my own.  How encouraged I am that Your Holy Spirit can do what I am not able to do.

Perfect Father, I am not adequate in myself, but my adequacy is from You. I need the help of Your Holy Spirit, every day, every hour, every moment. Come into my heart, Gift of God, and change my darkness into Light, my brokenness into Wholeness, and my guilt into Blamelessness.

Holy Spirit, come and create Love in my heart for those I have not been able to love.  Create Forgiveness in my heart for those I have not been able to forgive.  Create Patience in me, so I can deal with the difficult people and circumstances in my life. Make alive what is dead in me.

How much of our misbehavior sprouts from trying to PROVE that we are acceptable, worthy, loved, and wanted, because the OLD MAN character, conveniently formed in us by the father-of-lies, christened us unacceptable, unworthy, unloved, and unwanted?

The Two Counsels

We all have life patterns of sin where we continually get disturbed by the same perturbing perceptions and then always react to them in the same way.  The father-of-lies does his job well.  He suggests unworthiness and we ACCEPT it, each time.  He introduces shame and we RECEIVE it, every day.  He offers hopelessness and we BOW to it, all the time.

DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT IF YOU CONTINUALLY SURRENDER YOURSELVES TO ANYONE TO DO HIS WILL, YOU ARE THE SLAVES OF HIM WHOM YOU OBEY, WHETHER THAT BE TO SIN, WHICH LEADS TO DEATH, OR TO OBEDIENCE WHICH LEADS TO RIGHTEOUSNESS?
(Romans 6:16 AMP).

Beloved One, you need to understand that if you CONTINUALLY accept the beliefs of unworthiness from the father-of-lies, you will be taken captive by them.  If you CONTINUALLY receive the thoughts of shame from the father-of-lies, you will become trapped by them.  If you CONTINUALLY bow down to the suggestions of hopelessness from the father-of-lies, you will be hobbled by them.  If you CONTINUALLY heed the counsel of the father-of-lies, you will become his slave, obligated to wait upon him, hand and foot, as you perform his duties.

BUT NOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SET FREE FROM SIN AND HAVE BECOME SLAVES OF GOD, THE BENEFIT YOU REAP LEADS TO HOLINESS, AND THE RESULT IS ETERNAL LIFE. FOR THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH, BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD
(Romans 6:22-23).

Child, there is a different counsel available to you, every day, moment-by-moment—My Counsel of Hope, Love, and Truth. If you CONTINUALLY receive and believe My Counsel, your life will change. You will be set free from the suggestions of the father-of-lies and your reactions to these. The benefit you will reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal Life.

Whose counsel do you heed continually, every day, moment-by-moment: the deceitful counsel of the father-of-lies…or God’s Counsel of Hope, Love, and Truth?

I urge you to start living in a new way.  When the counsel of hopelessness comes, yield it to the Lord Jesus…and receive Hope.  When the counsel of unworthiness strikes, lay it at the feet of Jesus…and receive Truth.  When the counsel of shame enters your mind, surrender it to God…and you receive His Love.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, thank you for showing me that I become a slave to him whom I obey, moment-by-moment. Help me to choose and heed Your Counsel of Hope, Love, and Truth, today.
