What If I Did Not Have Faith?

WHAT IF SOME DID NOT HAVE FAITH?  WILL THEIR LACK OF FAITH NULLIFY GOD’S FAITHFULNESS? NOT AT ALL!
(Romans 3:3-4).

I bless you today to celebrate that your lack of faith will not nullify God’s Faithfulness.

BUT THE LORD IS FAITHFUL, AND HE WILL STRENGTHEN AND PROTECT YOU FROM THE EVIL ONE
(2 Thessalonians 3:3).

In times when the evil one attacks you with abandonment, God is still faithful.  He has not left you.  He is still Immanuel—God with you.

In times when the evil one attacks you with hopelessness, God is still faithful.  He still knows the way out of your despair. He still has all the answers. He is still the God of Hope.

In times when the evil one attacks you with powerlessness, God is still faithful.  He is still the God of Power who can do more than you can ever ask or imagine.

In times when you feel you are surrounded by nothing but the darkness of the evil one, God is still faithful. He is still the God of Light. In Him there is no darkness.

IF WE ARE FAITHLESS, HE WILL REMAIN FAITHFUL, FOR HE CANNOT DISOWN HIMSELF
(2 Timothy 2:13).

In times when your faith fails you, God is still faithful.  He never changes, but always stays the same. Even when you do not believe, God remains faithful, for He cannot disown Himself.

GOD, WHO HAS CALLED YOU INTO FELLOWSHIP WITH HIS SON JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD, IS FAITHFUL
(1 Corinthians 1:9).

Have you given up on God? Well, He has not given up on you. He is calling you into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ, so you may experience His Faithfulness to you in your abandonment, in your despair, in your powerlessness, in your darkness, and in your faithlessness.

PRAYER: Sovereign Lord, thank you that You never give up. You always remain faithful. I thank You that You are still here with me, even though I feel so abandoned in this place. Thank you that You are still the Light in my darkness, even when I cannot see You, right now. You are still faithful. Thank you that You are still my Power in my weakness, even though I do not feel strong, right now. You are still faithful. Thank you that You still believe, even when I stop believing. Help me to believe again, Lord God. Help me to trust again. Lord Jesus, come and have fellowship with me, so I may receive Power, Hope, and Faith to arise from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept me. Show me Your Faithfulness, so I may see…and be strengthened.

How often do we find ourselves doing “good deeds,” just to find out that our “good deeds” were not really good, but merely a reaction to the OLD MAN belief “You are bad”?
