For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it
(Isaiah 55:8-11).

I bless you to allow God to have His way with you, for His Ways are higher than your ways and His Thoughts are higher than your thoughts. But you need to know that while He will let you know, through your intimate relationship with Him what He has in mind for you, He will never explain His whole Purpose to you. You need to trust Him.

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out
(Romans 11:33).

Know with certainty that what God has planned for your life will be accomplished. What He has promised you, will be done, for His spoken Word to you never returns to Him empty-handed. It will do the work He sent it to do and complete the assignment He gave it.

But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance
(2 Peter 3:8-9).

Have you accepted God’s Ways with your life? If not, talk to Him about it and ask Him to show you what He is doing. Just know that He will keep some information to Himself. Ask Him to comfort you and bring you to a place of Peace and Acceptance. Ask Him to teach you to trust Him.

PRAYER: Lord God, help me to accept that the way You work surpasses the way I work and that the way Your think is beyond the way I think. Comfort me, Lord God, so I may accept Your ways and allow You to accomplish Your Purpose through my life.
